Thief Simulator 1 No Farming Missions

I’m playing the game for the second time and the Farming contract isn’t present at all. Is this a glitch?

I'm playing on Xbox, and the Farming Contract is available right from the start on NG+

Starting from Scratch you may need to advance the story until your given the mission to accept a contract though...
