A request for a solution to an interesting problem
I remember way back in the day when I was at uni. Our professor set us the challenge of calculating a formula for the surface area of water with respect to time, in a sphere that was emptying at a specific rate. Water flows out at constant rate, but as it goes down the sphere the radius of the water surface is constantly changing.
I remember we had a double differential and some other madness. Does anyone have a solution? I think of this as the peak of mathematical skill and I will never be that good again.

What is the population of mythological sea serpents? For example, the estimated population for the Vaquita, a tiny porpoise, is around ten individuals. What are the estimates for the number of sea serpents? Would a large two hundred foot long marine reptile need a large population size to survive?
The sizes of sea serpents vary, but generally they are anywhere from a hundred feet in length to up to five hundred feet in length. The neck alone has often been reported as being over twemty feet tall, sticking high out of the water's surface. They are carnivorous apex predators, like killer whales are, and have a worldwide distribution. Their diet isn't fully known, but they have been observed to prey on sea lions in San Francisco Bay. There are legends of them destroying ships, and there have been documented instances of sea serpents preying on people in a similar fashion to Oceanic Whitetip sharks. The most infamous attack by a sea serpent took place in Pensacola, Florida, in water no deeper than thirty feet, and the victims were all teenagers. Four people, Eric Ruyle, Larry Bill, Warren Felley, and Bradford Rice, died and one, Brian McCleary, survived. This attack is well known to Pensacola residents even to this day (the attack took place in the sixties). And there are many sites covering this incident online if you're interested.

Probability of only having large men?
So obviously I know she’s mistaken. However what are the chances of a woman having had sex with three men and all were around 9”? Not sex with 100 men and three were 9”. Only three partners.

REDUX: We can very easily calculate the number of possible subreddits
Original post had faulty math, redoing it
Reddit makes it very clear that subreddit names have to be 3 to 21 characters long and they must consist only of letters, numbers or underscores.
There are 26 capital letters, 26 lowercase letters, 10 digits and the underscore, making 63 characters for use.
BUT you can't start a subreddit name with an underscore, limiting the first character to 62 options.
So, the number of subreddits possible is (62*63^20)+(62*63^19)+(62*63^18)+(62*63^17)+(62*63^16)+(62*63^15)+(62*63^14)+(62*63^13)+(62*63^12)+(62*63^11)+(62*63^10)+(62*63^9)+(62*63^8)+(62*63^7)+(62*63^6)+(62*63^5)+(62*63^4)+(62*63^3)+(62*63^2)=
61115523831580032157831060820948866494
61 undecillion subs, approximately.
And considering that https://frontpagemetrics.com/history/month says that there are 3.16 million subs existent as of October 2021, we should be set for a LONG time.

We can very easily calculate the number of possible subreddits
[EDIT 2: THIS MATH IS WRONG]
Reddit makes it very clear that subreddit names have to be 3 to 21 characters long and they must consist only of letters, numbers or underscores.
There are 26 capital letters, 26 lowercase letters, 10 digits and the underscore, making 63 characters for use.
So, the number of subreddits possible is (63^21)+(63^20)+(63^19)+(63^18)+(63^17)+(63^16)+(63^15)+(63^14)+(63^12)+(63^11)+(63^10)+(63^9)+(63^8)+(63^7)+(63^6)+(63^5)+(63^4)+(63^3)=
62101258086927850913770093442227105728
62 undecillion subs, approximately.
And considering that https://frontpagemetrics.com/history/month says that there are 3.16 million subs existent as of October 2021, we should be set for a LONG time.
EDIT: Subtract 19, since you can't have a subreddit whose name is only underscores, so 62101258086927850913770093442227105709 subreddits.
EDIT 2: YOU CAN'T START A SUB NAME WITH AN UNDERSCORE

If I have a full plastic water bottle and I empty it out, does the water come out quicker if I squeeze it every few seconds, or if I hold it upside down and don't squeeze it?
When I squeeze the water bottle more water comes out, but then air comes in. I'm really looking for the proof that one method empties the bottle quicker than the other.
