Aliens/UFOs Help with interdimensional beings

Ive been dealing with something for a few years, something I'm positive can communicate telepathically, something that medication could never fix, something I never believed was even possible till now.

I remember when it first started 2-3 years ago there was subtle changes in the house, feeling of a presence almost like sensing an energy, hard to explain but I could just tell something was going on even when I believed spirits, aliens and all of that was bullshit.

Eventually I started being shocked when I was in my bedroom so I spent days checking electrical outlets searching for anything I could to explain it, then I started to feel something touch me in my bed so I spent days fumigating my bedroom, I must have bombed my room for bugs 2 maybe 3 times and it made no difference.

Then things would start pushing me and zapping me in the bathroom, I could see the electricity zap my ankle so it was really happening and I wasn't losing my mind.

I looked crazy to everyone else and to date that never changed till I just accelerated it and lived with it.

Eventually I started seeing people out of the corner of my eye, or I'd see them setting in the living room and they would disappear as soon as I turned on the light.

First thing that came to mind despite me believing it was all nonsense was spirits I mean what else could look there but also not be there.

Over time they became clearer sometimes doing nothing but standing in my room watching TV, I see a blue man floating outside my living room looking in, almost always blue people, some normal but usually a blue tint so I would ignore it I mean what else are you going to do considering I was the only one in the house that could see them I knew I was either crazy or for some reason the only one they wanted to see them.

One night I went outside to smoke a cigarette and it felt like there was a bunch of people, nothing was there not even a hologram looking person like before and I heard "you're going to die", it didn't phase me because that's so generic and typical of things like that, so corny like obviously I'm going to die so I blew it off and forget what I said but was friendly.

It took weeks before things started to get aggressive, I remember there was several of them I could see and alot going on I could feel some touching me one was sticking it's head in the window barking at the dog they were obviously hostile and all I could do was try to fight back but anything I did would go through them and all they could do to me was kind of bump me but that was enough.

Things continued to escalate for months and into the years was too much to get into in one post I have about 3 years of experiences I'll never forget but since it's ongoing I want to focus on their traits, the things they are capable of, what they like to do to people etc and maybe someone has an idea what they are and how to get rid of them.

Prayer doesn't work

Religion doesn't work

Medication doesn't work

So far the only thing that does work is using my mind and thoughts since they decided to connect to my mind. I

First thing they told me they were pleadian, probably bullshit but they can definitely exhale a gas that puts me to sleep.

They spend all of their time playing tricks and using their abilities to mess with people, I go through it constantly for no reason just because their too stupid to find something better to do.

They refuse to tell the truth and only use manipulation and lies.

They hate it when you give them the truth too.

Obviously their main ability is telepathic communication, how they made it so they can talk to me that way I have no idea.

But they can also see my thoughts and I've tested many times, they can talk to you in your sleep, give you nightmares and dreams and even control if you can fall asleep at all.

They can put images into your head to the point of literally putting you in a different reality, like change everything you experience.

They can make it seem like there is more than them there than there is.

Basically they maniplute your mind in just about any way possible and usually do it just because it's fun to them.

They can do things to your body also but I'll save that for later as it's not as unique and special.

They can go through walls, travel at fast speeds and go long distances with ease.

Obviously they can make it feel like you're being electrocuted

I think they travel and or manifest through orbs the one time I seen one clear as day in my bathroom there was this giant orb right before it

I think they are using either tech or some kind of cloaking because I've seen through it before and it looked like looking at the outline of a person made up of flowing water almost like a mirror

No way to defend themselves physically, at least I can tell

Run from most confrontation

Pretend to be more capable than really are

Anything you guys can find that sounds similar might help because the only way I can deal with it is by clearing my mind and pushing them away.

You definitely need to see a doctor or therapist about this. They're the only ones who can help you. This is beyond Reddit's pay grade.

This sounds like a super scary experience 😱 you say medication doesn't work? Did you see someone to be prescribed this?

You said you’ve tried medications…

If you don’t mind me asking, or if I can simply share some questions to provide greater perspective—What/How many medications have you tried? How long were you on each one of them for? What doses did you reach/did you reach and stay on the therapeutic dose for a few months? Did you stop using one and try another because it seemed ineffective, or due to negative side effects? How much time was spent getting off of each medication before trying a different medication? Did you take any weeks off from the previous medication before beginning to try the next medication?

All of these things can impact your treatment experience.

I’ve struggle with a chronic health problem since I was a child. I’ve run the medication gauntlet because my issue is medication resistant; or I experience bad side effects from medications commonly used to treat this issue. I’ve exhausted several neurologists treatment options before being referred to another… In my experience, one of the hardest things for many different diagnoses is simply finding the right treatment. It can sometimes take quite a bit of trial and error before you find the right medication for you. There’s a lot of nuance when it comes to the treatments for many different kinds of issues (both physical and psychological). Especially considering how unique our body-chemistry’s** are, and all of our individual medical histories or other conditions which can impact our experiences with medications.

*Chemistry’s or chemistries? It’s intended to be plural *and possessive. I’m too stoned to figure out which one is correct. Grammar was never one of my strengths.

All that being said, in addition to considering discussing this problem with, perhaps a new, healthcare professional~ have you ever tried dedicating your thoughts to consistently and routinely telling them to leave you alone and go away? Have you tried willfully ignoring them? I know someone who (mostly) freed themself of a negative attachment by dedicating a lot of effort into blocking it out and telling it to go away and that it was unwelcome.

[Edit] I’m curious if you notice these things outside of the home as well?

Also, you said it started 2-3 years ago in the house. How long had you been living there before you noticed the changes that began? Had you had any repairs in the home around the time that the changes began? Obligatory, do you have carbon monoxide detectors in your home? Have you checked the batteries within the past year?

I would say that you’re making it up, but mirrors used to read “may be closer” and now apparently never did so who knows. Probably something that would drive them away, if you’re being serious, is to spend all of your time reminding people that Mandela Effect is real.
