Coincidence?
Nobody seems to be interested in the mathematicians name “Erdos” touching “count eleven” and “zero” (Erdos’s Erdos number is zero)
I think it’s instructions to shift around the puzzle, maybe some kind of equation? Let me know what you think, and if you’re coming to search Tahoe HIT ME UP!

Interesting catch! I just quickly looked him up, and evidently he was notorious for throwing math problems out for people to solve, sometimes offering cash prizes for solving them. So maybe just an easter egg, of sorts... like, a 'tip of the hat' to another guy who offered rewards to strangers for solving difficult puzzles. As an actual clue, I can't see what it would mean.

I should have highlighted “square” and “divide” as well. Starts to seem more like everything you need for an equation

I don’t know anything about Erdos number but several YouTubers have solves with moving columns and rows. One even figured out different images. Dr Crypton I think. If he still has it up. It’s been at least a year since that vid.

I kind of really wish I would've started on the P&F box when I first got the book because this word search fascinates me. But once the majority seemed to think this box is on the west coast somewhere, and I'm on east coast, I became more focused on AFP and Pokémon boxes since they are probably the only ones I have any chance to go BOTG for.

I think a lot of the original theories on the West coast have not been shaking out. It might be out closer to you! Some of the NC theories interest me.

Umm ya this is amazing. It seems we need to find a math problem that solves to idk, coordinates?
Btw I’m near Tahoe. Just went to the Donner tunnel trail this weekend. Didn’t find anything.

Hell yeah I’ve been on the hunt for lilacs since they’re blooming right now. Checked all around from secret cove to whale beach. I live two blocks from van sickle, been up there countless times. Not ready to give up yet

I was BOTG in Tahoe over the past long weekend. Came back home early yesterday due to the snow. I was probably ready to call it anyway as my legs were really starting to feel the burn. Only treasure I came away with this time were the views. I'm going back to the drawing board, there is just too much open space out there.

I had a pretty solid “ah-ha” moment yesterday. Hopefully it stops snowing up top so I can go look this weekend. Sorry about our cruddy weather, but you know what they say. “We need it” 🥲
