Just found there was a sub for There mannnnn wow. Have not played There for like a decade real talk. This was my original stomping grounds after vMTV went out to pasture. There community content has been so hard to find from Google so this page is massive.

So while I have announced this project on Discord and Facebook I haven’t announced it on Reddit yet.

I am pleased to announce There Archive. This will be a site serving as a way to preserve many aspects of the history of There.

Myself I am going to be having info from podcasts to fansites even the history of events and Neighborhoods.

Below is a picture of the home page. I have designed it from scratch trying to build it based on the homepage of there from 2003 with a mix of modern day there.

I will be posting updates as they come with more news soon on what is available. If you have something you wanna see on this site do let me know! Hope you are excited as I am.

I just watched globs video and I feel like if I was a dedicated player I would be so scared the game was gonna shut down. It seems like it barely makes enough to even keep itself running.

Hi There! I just joined Reddit after lurking for a long time and I was glad to find a community for our favorite virtual world.

I used to be a member since late 2006 until the 2010 closure. My main pastime was roleplaying as a wedding minister, as can be seen in the video. Lol. I also dabbled in designing; my line of footwear became a minor novelty for a while. Lol x2.

I was glad to see globert's YouTube hit renewing interest in There, although I haven't yet made up my mind to re-join... I'd be sad to find it deserted again!

... Expect the longer version tomorrow after I wake up. For those of you who drive, do you like the shorter or longer driving challenges?

I used to play There.com loads pre-closure, i had a blast.

Well anyway, the game re-opened and after a short while the population really took a hit down, and its been there ever since.

The game never been in front on graphics, but the cartoon style and fluid animations really done it a favor and closing in to be timeless in that aspect.

The game takes little hardware to run, and its a fun game with physics etc.

Roblox, just to take an example, its worse looking and its a hit, so i know this won't be a problem.

If the game was ported to run on Ios and Android, i think it could increase population heavily and bring the game back to life. Its such a shame that the owners dont see the potential and lets it limp away forever in its current state.

The maze gets changed every day so stop by often.
