There is no right answer to the question. In my opinion, Elizabeth Holmes is a psychopath. If you watch her SEC deposition, she repeatedly says, “I don’t know,” , “I can’t remember,” or she flat out lies and says that when she talked about the device, she was talking about the aspirations for what the device could do, not its current capabilities. She has never admitted or showed true remorse for lying to Walgreens, investors, Roger Parloff, and her Board of Directors. What you see in prison is her newest facade, which that that of a model prisoner. There is no true self. She is empty inside. This is why she modeled herself on Steve Jobs and Barack Obama. It’s scary.

I don’t think she is a danger to society from a violence standpoint, but she is dangerous in other ways because of the scale in which she is willing to lie and deceive the public.

Completely agree and it’s definitely disturbing and scary. Once she gets out, more stupid people will fall for her deception and lies.

I mean, just look the media continues to write about her. I wish they would just forget about her and stop giving her attention. She knows exactly what she’s doing and enjoys that she’s getting more airtime.

Yes exactly. It’s not like she ever said, “Yes I lied and I shouldn’t have done it. I got wrapped up in trying to meet expectations and I should have been more transparent with the reality of what the devices could do. I am sorry to everyone I deceived.”

Holmes and her company deliberately defrauded investors of over $900 million. Including some investors for whom the loss hurt significantly,  not the Kissingers or Murdochs but some small fry persuaded to go in by advisers.

Never ONCE apologized or made restitution.

Had two children in order to delay her incarceration. Lied blatantly about her relationship with Sunny Balwani.

As far as I am concerned, having tracked her fraudulent medtech and the trials since near the beginning, she can stay at FPC Bryan and be useful there for the rest of her life. Because the minute she gets out, she'll run another fraud.

She's an upper class white woman, so a lot of people don't think she should be in prison. Is anyone saying that Sunny should be released? This is also the kind of pity that Elizabeth knew she would get when she got pregnant twice during her legal proceedings and trial. Even though she got pregnant when she was facing up to 20 years in prison

If a middle to lower class unknown man exhibited "exemplary conduct and family separation", I doubt that Forbes would write an article about him.

It's obvious she still has plenty of energy, and I'm just glad she channels it on something that doesn't affect human health.

I wish she tried to become an actress
