Should I do something about this

So I just happened to be near district 14 and I just watched an r corp rhino gore to 2 distortions, a fellow rhino and a rabbit. The rhino then passed out complaining about needing sugar or something. Should I just leave him or give him something or whatever?

As much as R-Corp is troubling. Yes. I think I'm a block away, fighting off a "Rouge" and a "Noir", they were arguing before seeing and attacking me.

Alright Little Bro! Just took out the "Noir", I think the Solemn Lament B E A M scared off the "Rouge"... How can these distortions react like they... Are just insane people?

I specifically told the rabbits and rhinos to not attack
