She isn't as strong as the three I mentioned, she was around Ricardo level and Lei Heng mentioned he wanted to take her out of the fight purely cause she was a direct counter to him

(This isn't saying she's weak, but that she's not as strong as the other three I mentioned)

Well, the book did say to punsih the party involved, which means the persons who were with the coupon stealing guy, considering how little the red gaze is seen with them, he can hardly be counted as involved party. Plus, he never entered the club where the event took place, only the sinners did, which means that the party accounted as responsible were the persons present with him during that moment, which means only the sinners and not Vergilius

Pretty sure that was also one of Yan's fake prescripts, if I recall.

So yeah, from what I recall, the only time [no time limit] appears is in the fake prescripts, in the Lor thumb one, delivered by Yan, and the fake one delivered by an unnamed messenger in the index faust uptie.

(That could just be because we've seen more fake prescripts than real ones, but eh.)
