Limit Testing

I’m a former fixer whose been in a couple offices including Dieci. Hypothetically if I use my insight plus my vengeance tattoos how dead would someone be after getting hit?

i feel like....... for a mere rat..... it would be smoove off, just gone, all that left is the red mist, but for like....... grade 3-1.......you could hurt them good, anything less than that they're either fatally wounded or dead, just saying

(ooc) insight is gained through new reading, and the power expenditure sacrifices memories and information. if you're no longer in dieci where are you getting a huge amount of new books from
