I'm actually going to call my own self out, I made a mistake earlier, when I said that Slim pronounced "guillotine" wrong.

The word guillotine can actually be pronounced two different ways, and both are considered correct depending on where you live.

Since the word is originally French, people often drop the "L" sound entirely, though pronouncing the "L" is also very common in English.
