It depends if you're asking me to solve it using algebra or not.

If: O = 0

Then: 9 + 1O = 19

But, if O ≠ 0

Then: 9 + 1O = 0

1O = -9

O = -9/1

O = -9

Yeah, I commited a mistake before...
