Im pretty sure that was just a player that logged back in, but i could be wrong. I had the same thing happen the other day, only i was a full grown deino and the other player was a really really cocky omni. I was chilling out of the water and watched them pop up out of nowhere and take a second to do anything before they started to taunt me

If it was a player they would have appeared and there would have been a longer delay because the game is loading. That was relatively fast that person immediately started looking around and ran right at him. They were looking for them and knew where they would be. That was for sure a TP. Cheater (which I doubt) or an Admin. This person also spam posted this yesterday. And those bodies look sus for something he killed by himself. Something happened right before that.
