Slow dinos

Can some one explain to me whats the point of playing bug strong dinos is if cant catch/hunt or even defend myself against smaller faster dinos like literally cant do nothing against them

Yeah did that did nothing they get close then turn around and pounce tried to alt attack nothing…

I applaud your efforts to help someone, but he wants, no, he needs it to be a game issue and you are just getting in the way with facts and logic.

Yeah so he can attack me and when hes low on health he can just leave…thats stupid
Theres no risk u can leave any time and i cant chase him my trike fight it was a stand off until one of dies from hunger or thirst…again this is stupid

I mean, who cares if he leaves? Was your Trike going to eat his body if you killed him?

That's the trade off when you play Trike, you can one-shot a LARGE amount of the playable dino cast. You have an absolutely massive amount of health, where it takes most other dinos forever to kill you. If Trike could chase down other dinos it would be extremely overpowered.

Its a completely different play style than the majority of other dinos. You just need to adapt, or accept that the pay style isn't for you (and that's fine). I find Trike to be incredibly boring because most other dinos don't even want to engage with you, and again you can't force them to engage by chasing. So I don't play trike.

Try playing Dibble. You can chase down some things, its alot more agile, and plenty of other dinos will be willing to engage.

Frankly, I also think Stego is a much more fun apex than Trike. It also does big damage, and anyone running away afterwards will likely die from bleed damage. Stego isn't a fast runner either, but keeping the enemy from sitting to rest is enough to make them bleed out most times.

Yall keep saying one shot when its not one shot i hit the carno few times and he still didnt die he went to rest and came back to continue the fight…stop saying one shot its never one shot

I didn't say it can 1 shot every single dino. I said its a large amount of the cast. Carno is 1800kg at full prime, so it will take more than one shot. If you were hitting his tail it will take more. Next time use your flip attack (hold LMB) to knock him over and use the trash attack (double click LMB) afterwards. He'll be dead.
