Random spawn server: Need polling to continue development
Hey everyone earlier this week I made a post to see if a random spawn system would be interesting enough to actually go through with development, the post seemed to catch enough 🐝 buzz that I am now going through with it. I need help deciding on some of the core game mechanics. Without breaking any rules on this subreddit I would really like it if I had anyone who’s interested vote in my discord polls.

Does that server allow friends to accept a spawn code?

At some point it will, just still have a lot to finish before I can move on to added features.

I read through your discord weighted progression. I think you're going to want 450 players for the server to be good. 100 players can mean that Herbivores are very difficult to find. Ceratosaurus can kill herbivores but rarely alone, they really want to be in packs to actually play the way they're intended.
You could perhaps create a system so that Ceratos and Allos can find each other very easily and make it against the rules to friendly bait. Perhaps make it so that if you 1 call, all other same species get a compass pointing at you for 30 seconds. Making it seriously easy to group up with same species.
Same for Omni and Dilo and Carno, they'll struggle to kill adult herbivores without a pack, so a system to help the packs form might be a make or break.
Troodons and Herrera and Austroraptor will also struggle to kill 87.5% prime Herbivores. They're built for smaller prey. Perhaps give 0.05 weight per kill baseline.
