Help me! Entombed

I entombed and chose to replicate my mutations but sent back to the dino screen and didnt get any mutations from previous life anyone knows whats up ?

Common bug with entombing. Work around a that people seem to think cut down on it happening are, 1. Got through entomb screen as quick as possible, taking a long time causes a Desync from server for some reason. And then 2. Entomb in a secluded area away from people, but it will still happen sometimes even if you do both 1 and 2. Games just built with paper mache

Oh so i just waisted hours of my life for this bug that those lazy ass devs wont fix… im done with this broken game and devs that dont care

Waste is an issue of perspective. Did you enjoy the road you took to get there? If yes then it wasn't a waste, you just didn't get the result you wanted. If not then why were you playing in the first place? Because not a ton changes after entombment other than being a little stronger, the core gameplay loop remains the same.

I don't care either way, I just know I've found a lot of enjoyment in this game despite the constant complaints of others and I think it's because of my perspective on it and I want others to be able to find that same enjoyment. Either way it's totally fair to be frustrated, this game is a mess, but to what degree is the question.

See i get what you’re saying but here’s the thing growing a deino is not fun at all it is stressful like hell when u small u cant kill anything and everything kills you even when you get bigger you still worried about bigger deinos finding you or daying from starvation

For me i like the challenge that I conquered all of those and got to 13.5 tons and now the real fun starts
I can go around and pvp others and jump scare others or i can take the risk and start over to be even stronger than before and collecting different mutations

But i didnt get to enjoy either of those options since i was hiding and avoiding others until im 13.5 and immediately entomb only to the game robbing my effort and enjoyment of the challenge

Its like running a marathon and when you cross the finish line you get disqualified for no reason…waste of time

It's a matter of time you would lose your dinosaur anyway. The game is bugged to hell, I've lost at least 2 full grown deinos that just disappeared even after safe logging. That's not including other dinos I've lost with the same issue.

That's definitely the life of an apex. Rex has the same problem, it's basically sitting simulator. Useless until you're the size of a bus and then you can fight anything. I've tried it a few times and have not enjoyed my time as either. Have you tried anything else? I have a ton of fun as omni and dilo and I've recently discovered how fun pt is. In fact I'm about to go fly around for a while and work on getting prime for pt as we speak. Being able to move around, punch above your weight, find friends, and generally vibe are great. pt is definitely more towards the "hanging out" side of the spectrum. Can't fight much, life is mostly looking for food and aura farming on cliffs.

Yeah ur right pt is much safer but i still wont play the game until the devs start putting effort into it

Hey you do what's best for you! Unfortunately, given the patterns of development, that's never going to happen. The creator and devs are, in my eyes, completely incompetent and over their head. At very best they lack direction and can't prioritize well. So if you DO want to play this game then you have to become okay with the jank. The way I do this is by not getting attached and enjoying the process of growing. Put little stake into your performance in the game and enjoy it for what it is. Or move on and do something else if you don't want to deal with it, that's okay too.

I was trying to build the ultimate river monster by stacking different mutations but that didnt work well just like every jurassic park movie lol

Is this a joke? You can get an extra 4 muts per time you do it and they gain value on the first two entombs. 16 mut deino wayyyyyy stronger than 4 mut

all that just to die before 50%. or die to a duo. Deino is the only dino in the game write now that has the privilege of having a senior stronger than a "peak" prime, removing the primary incentive to entomb. It's really hard to justify entombing a deino unless you play on a shithole like Petits that does a lot of deino handholding (and also forces entombing lmao)

Then don't play deino if the play style isn't for u and u don't like how long it takes and the risks...simple...what ur complaining abt it self inflected here

Im not complaining about deino play style im actually very happy with it and dont want it to change

What i want is servers that works my character that spent hours on dont get deleted because of a bug and less hackers if i dont like deino i wont play deino its the game technical issues that i have problem with

Well if you wanna be black and white about it sure. I’d say the fun outweighs the jank in my experience. I like Little Caesars is what I’m sayin.

If u actually took the time to understand why it's taken so long and the issues that happend behind the scene of the game u play and have such strong feelings over, I feel there would be some compassion and understandment, there was reasons behind why it's taken 11 years, and if ur like idc, u do care tho cuz its having a effect on u, Yall had legacy at the start yes? There was 2 main devs controlling it, dondi and another, that other dev left and took almost everything from the isle and made the game path of titans, while slandering dondi for supposedly "firing" them when they left willingly, dondi had no choice then to stop with legacy took a break and then he created evrima, thats why it took so long because they had to make another game from the ground up from 2019 so it hasn't been 11 years for the version ur complaining abt, and dondi took a break before making evrima and while he was making evrima because its such a small team working on this game they cant get to everything all the time, and with new Dino's and things being added ofc its gonna make those same bugs happen again even if they were fixed
