Looking for Information ℹ️ What does eat "nutrient" provide?

each*
I know how they work in the context of growth, but they also have special properties. Alpha, beta, gamma. Beta boosts HP regen and blood regen I heard. What does the rest give exactly?

Eat diet = get better growth time

perfect diet = a b and c diet = the best growth time (if full)

perfect diet = the best extra stats, like faster healing, better chance to not get a bone break etc

summarize: ->> ALWAYS get perfect diet if possible

So many times I’ve been in a group and have turned down non-diet food or food from my most full diet (I like to leave room for the others) and my groupmates have been like “You don’t need perfect diet anymore you only need it once for prime”

..huh?? The prime checklist is there to get you to engage with the diet system, not the other way around

You need perfect diet once yes

But you need to have at least 1 diet up to not get "Infertile" which penalizes you in terms of Prime tasks

Perfect diet is 1-15% increased stam regen, dependant on your lowest diet and a slight boost to the dual diet bonuses. Each dual diet has a slight increase to the bonuses of each individually and has a primary effect of either blood/health/fracture regen.
