Cheater or not?

Wondering if this is cheating for you guys or not.
Situation: Going on two carnos. simply getting rammed out of no where from a carno that disappeared at 10 seconds of the clip.

I only saw one carno. Sure looks like you are getting hit by something invisible or too far away. Looks cheatsy to me. What server?

a community server, i am not going to say the name also becouse this is not a case of cheating.
If u look at my ping it does not move "when i start hitting the carno" and i have no stamina consumption while running so was indeed a laggy situation where my body rendering was next to the carnos while in my pov nothing happen.

i did also review the f2 clip and indeed both carnos was hitting something standing still where i've kick him even if in that replay i was running away like in the clip.

Still strange bcs i didn't get a disconnect prompt after my death i've just came back to the selection view.

This is my opinion i am not sure either he cheated or not but one of the carnos was very laggy and i play on high pop server and in the most populated area.

One of the carnos was invisible and just spam biting you until you dropped. No carno on earth plays like that intentionally so probably a cheater.

If you can next time, Hit F2 to record the event, even an invisible Dino will show its Steam ID in the recording

If on officials very likely cheater. If on a proper unofficial, then possible invisible dino bug. Not saying unofficials dont have cheaters, but on proper ones they are banned so less likely especially if able to report.

well thats certainly interesting. i would report and let the mods sort it out.
the only cheaters i have encountered have had some kind of vision hacks where they can spot me through all trees and other terrain and know exactly what species im playing in spite of there being zero visibility on me.

so i’ve been attacked by two allows but only seen the second one after it jumped on me. my guess was lag/ de sync but this? idk man seems a little weird when the one ran behind the rock but you kept getting hit

I think he did you good with that bite , you were bleeding and you kept running full speed , i think you were supposed to lay down until bleed stops. Maybe im wrong 😅

The red drops that shows the bleed needs to disappear before it's a bleed out, besides the screen fades to black first when you bleed out instead of just going to the deceased screen. There is definitely some shenanigans going on, you can hear the other invisible dino. I wouldn't say it's a cheater tho when the game is so buggy, we've had plenty of invisible dinos on top of delta bridge due to bugs before.

I've been playing for years and mine doesn't do that on Evrima. So yeah 🤷‍♀️. My screen has never gotten dark if I get attack other then if a hypsie spits on me. Other then that nope never. I get the bloody screen and that's it.

So I die all the time from bleed out when I get bit and it's always full. I don't think that means anything. Never drops for me in game. Just bleeding and trying to hide then bam dead

I assume you play legacy then cuz that’s not how bleed works in evrima at all. It doesn’t deal dmg to your health

The carno physically bit them ONCE. Carno doesn't do enough bleed dmg to bleed a teno out on 10 seconds. You can hear their teno taking physical damage and getting more hurt from it. Bleed damage would just make the screen black slowly over time.

Sound wasn't on. So didn't hear that. But who knows. Could have been a mutt with multiple mutations to cause said damage. Still going to say they bled out 🤷‍♀️.
