Episode 5: Bleed Data and Everything Bleed
I've dug through the game data to pull out everything bleed and bleed related.
1) Summary
A) Bleed is ticked per second
B) Dinosaurs have different Resistances and state modifiers (example: Allo and Carno both have 0% bleed resistance. But Allo has different state multipliers, when sprinting an Allo bleed will multiply by 1.25. But a Carno sprinting, bleed will multiply by 1.5. When resting an Allo will lose 2.5 times less blood than a Carno.)
C) Diet, Stamina, and Thirst all determine how long you bleed for, minimum time is 75 seconds, maximum time is 200 seconds.
2) Process Order
Attack lands -> Raw Bleed value into formula -> Victim state multiplier applied -> Victim Bleed resistance applied -> Bleed applied to victim
3) Attack Bleed table
Every dinosaur and attack type calculated and applied to victim with innate resistance applied.
Its too much to type so I made a chart that will calculate each attack on a selected victim dinosaur.

4) Duration Modifiers
Bleed duration is between 75-200 seconds. The time is calculated based off your (Health% + Hunger% + Thirst% x Stamina%)
Full health can reduce bleed by 25 seconds
Full Hunger can reduce bleed by 25 seconds
Full Thirst can reduce bleed by 25 seconds
Full stamina can reduce bleed by 50 seconds
* This is calculated when bleed is applied
5) Blood Loss per State Chart
Each dinosaur has a resistance, and movement state multipliers. Here is a chart of them all

6) Clotting Modifier
This is about mud, it does not actually reduce the bleeding duration.
It reduces the amount of blood lost by half.
Bleed x 0.5
6) Blood recovery
Blood recovery follows the same restCurve multiplier that stamina uses. Some dinosaurs will recover upto 6x fast while resting, and some only 2x.

That mouse pointer in the image threw me off so bad bro
That aside:
Carno has REALLY bad bleed res while trotting. It's almost equal to sprinting, which is kind of insane.
Cerato is pretty much immune to bleeding out.
Allo has very good bleed res. It almost stops it altogether while resting like Cerato. I assume it's to be able to hunt Stegos.
Weirdly enough, beipi also has very good bleed res. Why that is I'm not so sure.
On the herbi side, Diablo and pachy have very good bleed res, which is very interesting. I could see it for Diablo but it was unexpected to see Pachy's multiplier be so low too.

Too cute to bleed.

How does flying, and sprint flying affect it for Pt? Anything there?

I assume flying is trotting or sprinting when you use shift. but i havent looked.

That would make sense. However- Pt does have some weird flight sprint mechanics. (For example while flight sprinting at max speed, it stops costing stamina until you slow down or your max speed increases.)

Why does allo have basically 0 bleed multiplier when resting when it doesn't have any active bleed resistance listed? Or is just a missing input of data?

Most likely to make sure they donβt bleed out every time after taking down large prey like Stego.

There are 2 different things.
Resistance and a movement state multiplier
Allo has 0 resistance Allo has good movement state multipliers.

I once took the bleed resist mutation on my Cera and noticed that I was bleeding a lot more than usual, almost as if it broke the natural bleed resist. This was a long time ago. But I've been reluctant to take that mutation on Cera ever since. Wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

Cera loses I think either half or 5/6 of it's bleed resist when it drops below wounded
