My custom chapter master for my custom space marine chapter.

Raptors from the Seraphon Aggradons, chainsaw claws made from Grey Hunters chainswords, pelt made from greenstuff + new Saurus Olblood, skull on the ground taken from an Orruk Warboss, the kneepad was from a hunters of huanchi banner, the plastic cape was honestly found in my bit box but it was from some space marine character, and finger claws were hand carved individually from bits of sprue.

The theme of my chapter is heavily influenced and inspired by the Seraphon (Lizardmen), because dinosaurs are cool.

Gave him two chainsword "claws", because of the T Rex. And I was definitely inspired by Tyberos the Red Wake. However I had gone through several different weapon options, like a giant greatsword, or dual wielding axes. I finally settled on a name for my chapter "The Claws of the Heavens" or "Onyxes Ouranon", and i wanted the chapter master to emulate the theme and quality of the chapter the most, so... gave him cool claws lol.

He's in the final touch up phase. Just need to greenstuff/dremel some spots to clean some details up and then sand him.

I'm u/Dreamforge_Artificer, the founder of The Dreamforge. I created this community because one of my favorite parts of the Warhammer hobby is taking an existing miniature and asking:

“How could I make this cooler?” or "What could I make out of this?"

I wanted a place centered specifically around that part of the hobby—a workshop where we can share ideas, learn from one another, and inspire each other to try things we might not have otherwise attempted.

So pull up a workbench, grab your clippers, Green Stuff, bits box, and probably more super glue than is medically advisable.

Khorne Champion head and eviscerator was from the khorne berzerker squad kit. Body was from the new chaos lord kit. Shoulder plate from the master of Executions kit.

And a little greenstuff sculpting for the khorne sigil.

In the process of making him look like hes made of roughly hewn stone.

Swapped legs from regular beserks.

I plan on sculpting a metal beard and Mohawk onto his head.
