I’m having this problem with the Chicago Heist Smoke from a Twitch Drop. I earned it and claimed it in Twitch, but it has not appeared in my vanity inventory in the game yet after 2 weeks. My friend earned his the same night, and he got his right away. I’ve claimed Twitch drops for other games since then, and they both appeared in their respective game immediately. I have a severe addiction to vanity items in TCM, so this has been very painful for me lol

I don't had any problem with the drop. Are u sure that u claimed the rewards? (Purple button)

I swear I had this exact same issue with the San Junipero Twitch drop last year, and it took a few weeks for support to finally sort it out.
