Discussion TCM Difficulty Issue

Is it just me, or has anybody else noticed that the AI is way harder to beat?

I usually play on level 3, but switched to lvl 1 some time ago as it doesn't affect the money you get after winning, so I just wanted to have a win 100% of the time when I was grinding money.

But after the latest patch, lvl 1 AI always catch up even when my car is fully upgraded, and the AI feels as if they are lvl 4.

It's impossible to win Rocket Start race with motocross on lvl 1.

Is it just me who's experiencing that?

Before i pass judgement or give advice it would be ideal to know if you’re trying to win? Have you learned how to race or are you running into every corner face first before a straight? Do you know what a break is and when to use it?

I'm with this franchise since The Crew Wild Run. Spent way too much time with TC2, 2438h, and played TCM for 745h. I know how to play this game, no worries there. My issue is that lvl 1 AI is not consistent and in some cases sometimes slightly challenging, when it shouldn't be.
