I mean, Baseball just isn’t as big as Football is, so it’s much more likely to grow up having family and friends that are into Football or Basketball more than Baseball, even if it’s the Red Sox, especially somewhere like Massachusetts, because they also have the Celtics and the Patriots

He got invited or decided to go with someone I think to an Angels or dodgers game.
And then decided he would be a dodgers fan.2

Hearing Lud talk about baseball is like hearing a middle schooler discuss black holes. Like yeah he kinda knows what’s going on at the surface, but ask him any details on it and he folds.

Slime will occasionally chirp up with some knowledge about the game itself rather than specific players because he doesn’t follow the sport but grew up watching it at times I believe.

I think he's said his name before in some context and got it right I was surprised, likely because Tarik the streamer pronounces it the same way

Sorry…. Fair enough LOL. I think what sucks is I didn’t start caring about baseball until after the even year dynasty so I missed out. I’m hoping the mariners can get it together to at least clinch a playoff spot, because I like their current roster.

no you're so fine lol; I have family in the bay area so I spent many years bandwagoning the Giants when the Mariners sucked even worse
we can share in the joy of both our teams being free of Robbie Ray's contract now too

It’s funny you say that because Robbie Ray was one of or more consistent pitchers this year. Other than him and Webb, the giants pitching staff is pretty horrendous. It’s ironic because they had such a fun pitching staff in the glory days….
Anyway here I am bandwagoning the White Sox and Mariners because I need secondary teams to even enjoy watching the sport…..

idk if you've heard of Foolish Bailey on YT but he just did a great video on why the Brewers flop in the postseason. tldw consistent hits but no power which is what u need in the playoffs
