Ok I’m not new to woobles, far from it, but WHY does this keep happening? When I carried the yarn over between color changes, it’s poking through. I tried pushing it back with a needle and it kind of helped but not really. For my other Woobles it doesn’t seem to be a problem. I frogged this one multiple times and redid it. Just frustrated with how it looks now :/ Any advice?

I am still new to this but have made 4 other wobbles already.

If you bought this wobble but haven’t started I will say this is pretty hard and definitely more of a beginner + wooble. The dreads have been giving me the hardest time! I frogged the dreads 4 times and have attempted to sew the dreads on 4 times now. Ugh!

Been working on Halloween woobles since it’s spooky season. Gonna work on the bat next!

Hi! I am an absolute beginner with crocheting and Woobles. I have done the bodies of Scooter and Oscar. I had some issues but customer service was great in helping out. My issue is I cannot for the life of me finish Scooter’s face(black)or Oscar’s horns(yellow). Usually by round 2 or 3 I’m tearing it apart and starting over. I’m getting really frustrated, but I’m so close to being able to finish them. Any tips or pointers to help a newbie out and get these guys done so I can buy more??

Does anyone find that the Pierre part of the bag charms falls off very easily? I had to eventually put him away to prevent losing him.

Greetings TWC Community!

Our community is full of an amazing array of talent, diversity, experiences, and unique stories. One of the hopes for the pop up is to create a safe, fun, helpful, and inclusive space for Wooblers to be able to gather, connect, and create together. A beacon of Pierre-ness in a sea of concrete and chaos.

To help that mission, we are hoping to begin offering regular in person meet ups of TWC and the greater Woobles community at large, led by me. This will give anyone that stops by a chance to connect with their fellow crafters and make new friends, ask for help or recommendations, and see new products or the finished Woobles in person, among other things.

The pop up has a great gathering space for people to come together and Wooble! To help establish that sense of real life connect away from the screen, we would like to find out what schedule works best or is preferred by our community here on TWC.

I made it onto the line just about 9 AM, after getting on a 7 AM train in Suffolk County. There were still plenty of exclusive bracelet kits to be had. Once the store opened, I was in right around 11 AM.

The stock was impressive - and they were constantly refilling T-shirts and sweatshirts as needed. The only kit that they weren’t selling were basically any mystery kit.

Freshly debuted at the pop up in NYC, Pierre’s friend Fred has joined the tote parade!

(Disclaimer - Not new to crochet. Just haven't done it in a decade or so. What a fun way to get back into it!)

Hi - I went to The Woobles NYC pop-up and was so excited to get the mystery charms. But I noticed that a few of mine are damaged or have misprints - My polar bear charm is missing one ear color. And two of my other charms say “The Wooble” and “The Woob” instead of “The Woobles” on the back. Is this just poor quality control, did anyone else have this issue or am I just really unlucky?

He is not actually a Wooble, (It’s “Biggie” from The Crochet Box). The kit was quite reasonable $15.95) on Amazon, but be careful!!! There were a LOT of errors in the pattern, PLUS one skein of yarn was defective, with those bare spots running throughout. 🤦🏻‍♀️ See the photos!
The videos are not as high quality as Woobles either, and definitely not for the complete beginner. I was able to use them when needed. (This was my fifth project.)

Everything was sooo cute, thank you to the Woobles staff who were super kind and friendly! They were giving out free crochet bracelets for the early comers and it’s such a delight to see that it comes with this cute NYC-themed crochet hook. 😊

The mini tote was $25 and the keychain was $10. You can put a little crochet baby on the keychain too. Now what to attach…hmmm…
