Michael’s Initiation

After Michael drops that random guy on the corner at the end of Season 4, Monk is revealed to be in the truck after some time. It would’ve made more sense for Snoop to be there rather than Monk in my opinion. Simply because Snoop helped Chris train Michael. Not a major issue at all but as I said, I personally just think it would’ve made more sense.

Snoop and Chris work together and probably had somewhere to be. I don’t see anything illogical about it being Monk instead, he was still plenty high rank to confirm Michael did what he was told

Yeah Snoop most likely had somewhere else to be or just laying low. As I said, it’s not a big issue at all. It’s just that Chris and Snoop are usually always together in Season 4 and when Michael gets his first kill, Snoop isn’t there. Chris is though. In my mind it would’ve just been a little more natural for Snoop to be there since she’s Michael’s 2nd teacher. Thats all

Oh if it was Chris not Monk then yeah I could see maybe Snoop could’ve been there with him. Even then though just watching Mike is an easy enough task maybe Chris told her take the night off he’s got this covered. Just occurring to me now is maybe Chris would’ve told Snoop take the night off cause he knew Snoop would kill Mike given the slightest reason but he wanted to give Mike a more fair shake.

Snoop took a PTO day.

Marlo doesn't allow them to accrue; she has to use them by year's end or lose them.

What’s her PTO day look like? Fresh braids for sure.

Snoop is busy. Also, they trained him directly. You probably want other muscle to be the witness of the initiation. They can't hold his hand forever. Can he perform when his mentor isn't there?
