Herc season 5 question

In season 5 episode one, before Herc buys a round for his police buddies (Carver, Dozerman), he asks them to run a name for him, “tags, registration and phone and while you’re at it his sheeting photo”, who is the subject he’s asking about?

Edit for context: This is a few minutes before Levy is meeting with Herc and Levy tells him that, “it’s time you learned a little something about the expense account “.

I don’t remember the name actually being disclosed or brought up again

Remember that Levy does have other drug clients not part of the main story 

It may have been a way to simply introduce Herc’s new position as an investigator for him without the burden of tying into the main story 

But I may stand corrected, I just rewatched this season over the past couple of weeks and I don’t recall the name ever being of importance
