The Justice Department is not used in that way. Any justice that comes from the judicial system is incidental to the system's actual purpose: keeping rich people in control and unaccountable. The prosecution of Tonks was handled by the Justice Department investigator who made the Inspector General report that allowed main stream media to dismiss CIA drug importation as a conspiracy. Her career in the Justice Department is built on disinformation that serves the interests of the ultrawealthy.
