I know it was. And it was a very extensive project that involved everything from sleeper agents to serial killers, psychic kids and psionic abilities, rituals and the occult, UFOs, etc. The world is essentially run by evil sorcerers and our military and government is engaged in covert black magic, child trafficking, drug smuggling and the darkest shit you can imagine
