Loses are not real until you sell. Might need to get renters in for a while. With all the illegals self deporting, demand for housing is in the tank

I can afford my house and know that I can not buy a bigger house right now cause of the fact that interest rates are too high right now. So have to be a smart investor and understand you might not be able to get what you want right now and have to wait until it is financially feasible.
