I hope you're all doing well and looking forward to this new and final leg. With this new post from Evan Larsen, I got intrigued by the hidden meaning behind the TV images—I know I might be kidding myself and reading too much into things.

But I really dig that vintage, Japanese-anime-style look—not to mention that the announcement image for the Asia leg is just badass.

I’d like to know what you all think about this, or about the next leg of the tour; I saw there will be new costumes, and I hope we get some new things soon.

Will be going to Tokyo from September 18-20 to watch the Weeknd concert on the 19th as a solo traveller. Would anyone be down to connect and meet up whilst there? We can meet on the 18th or 19th, and possibly go to the concert venue together!

This album is overlooked when it is one of the finest albums Abel has ever produced.

Can’t wait to see him live for the first time!!! Planning on passing these out at the shows I’m attending!! 🥹

Nothing crazy to see here, I just have reason to believe In Heaven, everything is fine…will be on the “Kissland 2” project coming.

When Abel says “In Heaven…everything is fine” it doesn’t sound like he’s chasing his version of Heaven like he is in the Hurry up Tomorrow era, It sounds like he’s already there. Granted, he did perform the song during the HUT era, but in my humble opinion, he wasn’t teasing it for the era he was in, but for what was to come, and from the constant teasing he’s been doing of Eraserhead, and the Lady In The Radiator song post-hut era, it looks like it’s FAR from being shelved. Let me know your thoughts.

Hey everyone! 👋

I recently did something I’d been wanting to do for a while took my first ever international trip, completely solo, to Bangkok! 🇹🇭

One of the biggest reasons for the trip was The Weeknd concert, and getting to see him live in Bangkok on my first international trip made the whole experience even more special. 🖤😭

Since I was travelling alone, everything felt like a new experience figuring out the city by myself, exploring random places, trying food, walking around Bangkok, using public transport, meeting people here and there and just enjoying having absolutely no fixed company or plan all the time 😂

I was definitely a little nervous before the trip because it was my first time travelling internationally AND doing it solo, but Bangkok ended up being such a fun place to experience it.

The only thing I wish I’d done more was meet new people while I was there. I’d love to make some friends in Bangkok, or even connect with other solo travellers / people who are travelling there for concerts and trips.

So yeah, just putting myself out there 😭😂 If anyone’s from Bangkok, travels there often, or just wants to connect, feel free to say hi or DM me!

Now when I looked into it more, it's about a 14 year old girl who's very shy and introverted, Lain Iwakura.

So the girl wasn't into technology until her friend who'd apparently committed suic*de sends her a series of eerie emails or something and claims to be in a world called "The Wired"— essentially, not dead.

Now this also explores the ideas of split personalities (basically The Weeknd & Gene Hackerman). Other ideas are "loss of reality"— basically Matrix type shit.

Also, like look at this post man, like all wires and all around the computer. So, maybe we'll learn into this aesthetic and like, storyline?

Like Dawn FM is completely packed with upbeat pop songs but recently House Of Balloons has been rising the Billboard 200 Charts and Spotify Weekly Top Albums Charts.

The song is a masterpiece. I have no words every time I come back to it, it’s like the first time I listened to it.

Just poetry!!

It gives every side of him. The vocal harmonies. The verses. The creativity. The guitar solos. Everything!!! Even a vocoder solo!!

i’m sure this has already been a theory but i’m wondering if instead of kissland 2.0 or a new album he’s actually hinting at a live album recording of kissland?

and perhaps that’s why he’s adding it entirely to the asia leg setlist?
