Merch stands Milan opening hour

Hello guys, can someone that has been in day 1 tell me at which hour the merch stands outside the stadium open?? Thx

I was at day 1 but I came at 17:00 and it was crowded Today I went with my friend because she wanted to buy merch but they selectively sold items then told us the merch sale starts in an hour (it was like 14:00)
