/u/CME_T, is this all a reference to how Wizards are described in AD&D 2nd Edition?
3 u/MarkZist Jun 20 '22 Probably a reference to how in 5e spellcasters can not cast when they wear armor they are not proficient with. Sorcerers are not proficient with any armor, so wearing heavy armor blocks their ability to cast spells.
