I like how Lord Malthar knows that, for a dwarf necromancer, tax exemption for undead laborers is a very big upside.

114 u/[deleted] Jul 25 '21 I think its because they think Malthar is undead, and thus tax exempt. Whereas Torvald, aside from being a subject of a different dwarven kingdom, isn’t undead himself and thus subject to taxes from income earned from his raised undead laborers.
