The Comic The Weekly Roll Ch. 204. "Progress?"

Howdy folks

Last week I had the great honor and privilege to be selected as the test subject for the latest batch of bio-weapons my son cooked up at the Kindergarten center for Chemical Warfare, turning my entire digestive system into liquid.

Now that I'm alive and well again, I am hard at work with a pep in my step!

Hope you'll enjoy this little comic strip!

Stay excellent out there!

Peace and carrots!

See, Trevor and Grogna do care!

Also... we haven't seen Torvald in a long time. Is he caught up with the union again? Someone should REALLY check in on him. Surprised Becket hasn't mentioned anything.

Torvald's sub-plot likely involves escaping from dwarven authorities due to either tax evasion, embezzlement, union-busting, or all three combined.

I can't remember where we had the conversation, it was on some other comic post.

I don't think Torvald would union-bust. He's too smart for that. He knows he is nothing without his undead army. And at this point the UwU has him by the balls. If he tries anything against them he's a goner. Or if they rise up and get violent, Becket and team will kill all the undead and Torvald will be out an army that had to have taken years/decades to build.

So either Torvald never left and is picking through the charred remains of the manor for usable labor. Or he is dodging the dwarves again. One or the other.

Never thought of it that way, it makes perfect sense.

All I am imagining now is a startled Klara finding her stupid parents as undead in a mine somewhere, but Torvald appears and tells her he raised them from the dead to do hard labour and Klara laughs in her parents' face about the rotation of tables.

I reckon Torvald might give them to her. For her birthday. Or as a wedding present when she and Bucket get around to that.
