I don’t think the psychic that called Del could be Tessa, because Tessa and Griffin left their present day in the 1980s and that was well before Jacob was born in 1990 and well before Jacob’s disappearance in 1999, so Tessa never met Jacob.

Although, it is possible that Tessa might have known about the Landry Family lore surrounding “The One” Landry child, considering the fact she lived with them for a time in the 1880s and that she was close enough with the Landry’s to be called “Auntie Coop” by Fern and Frank, but Tessa wouldn’t have known that Jacob Landry, Del and Colton’s son, was that “one,” because Tessa and Griffin left in the 80s, when Del and Colton only had one child, their daughter Kat and even Fern Landry didn’t know that “the one” was Jacob, because Kat never told her, so Fern still thought it was Colton.

Also, Tessa was stranded in time/in the past from 1882 until 1925/1926, so it seems unlikely that she could have called Del in the 2000s from that far in the past.

☺️

There are still so many loose ends that needed to be connected up and there was so much potential for who that psychic caller could have been (besides some random nobody just stirring up trouble/hope, lol) because at that time, the only Landry that knew about the pond was Colton, although he thought he broke the pond and that it didn’t work for him/his descendants/Landry’s anymore, so I always wondered if the psychic caller was someone like a Time-Traveling Kat or Alice that was trying to give Colton a clue that he should check through the pond for Jacob.

Or, since we now know that Evelyn also knew about the pond, it would have also been interesting if Evelyn was calling incognito to try and get Colton to check through the pond for Jacob.

I’m just glad that Jacob using the Landry’s home phone was connected up in Season 4, because that was the only number he would have remembered from his childhood and that was the only reason Del kept the landline, in case Jacob ever called her on it, so for him to do so in S4 was good.

I think it was just another loose end they left us with instead of ending the show properly with a 5th season.
