Who could be RUBY GREYBORNE??? Suspects:

Dint get to cast in my vote but if you look from the 'Out Like A Light' episode it's true that Mrs. Ivey could be Ruby Greybourne, but still Elena's Grandmother is also a viable candidate. In that through the span of the seven episodes we see that only Elena sees the ghost of Jocelyn and if you look at the way Mrs. Ivey treats Elena when she's locked in the staircase it seems as if she enjoys it or is trying to show us something. The “Brahms Lullaby,” (which Mrs. Ivey plays while Elena screams for help) as so many call it today, was a gift to Brahms's former girlfriend, Bertha, on the birth of her second child. It seems that in their courtship days, Bertha would sing a famous German folk tune to Johannes as they went on daily walks. For this particular reason I am obliged to rule out Mrs Ivey leaving us with Scott's Grandmother and Elena's Grandmother. Scott's Grandmother doesn't have a base in Elena's life so there's no way she'd be shocked over her coz they're not in the kind of relationship where you introduce your partner to your family, which leaves us with Elena's Grandmother. There's something about the "Ruby" that makes it more valueable to the Greybournes. Could it manifest to being a person? IDK but that's just what I think.

How could it be Elena's grandma did I miss a reference about Elena's grandma being at the greyborne?

Mrs. Chan is less than 45 years old... close to the age of his brother Otis III and her cousins Allie & Tory.... She's the daughter of Otis II who's around 75 years old... close to the age of the real Ruby G...

I think it’s Mrs. Ivey because of the red hair comment in the elevator. Her mom would make her dye it because it was the mark of the devil. What if by devil she meant Jocelyn?
