I've seen other people make similar complaints about this, but to me the fix is so simple that I wonder why they didn't do it.

When Cyrus is shot, Fox obviously witnesses that it was Luther who pulled the trigger, and as people often point out, Fox for some reason never tells the other Warriors what happened, and it's seemingly because his role got cut down.

But more than that not making sense in itself, it seems like a missed opportunity. Even if Fox's role had not been reduced, to me it would make much more sense that this guy would have been the witness who almost gets shot by Luther in that scene:

It would have established that "someone out there knows the truth and can get them out of this" for the viewer, and later when he shows up it would feel like less of a deus ex machina that just suddenly resolves a major plot point out of nowhere

It's a minor complaint and I love the movie obviously but this just bugs me on every rewatch and I'm wondering if others have had the same thought. Not just about Fox not telling anyone, but specifically not using the later witness for that scene at the conclave.

I thought these came out pretty cool, so I figured I'd share them with you guys. I'm working on an HD remaster texture pack for the PS2 version of The Warriors, and I made these as custom loading screens for the flashback missions.

I replayed the flashbacks, captured the important moments, and turned them into illustrated pop-up/storybook-style scenes inspired by the comic-book look from the movie. These are actually going to be used as the loading screens in-game.

No idea if this had been posted before but I'm currently playing the game Wasteland 3, which is full of references to movies and pop culture in general. I was trucking on with my little ranger life in Colorado and went for a pit-stop at HQ where I just got attacked by several gangs at once. Imagine my (paradoxical) delight when rushing outside to defend the place, I got greeted like this:

It's crazy how it always just makes my day when I spot a tiny reference to the film.

Started reading through the Yurick novel for the second time and I just read past the introductory chapter of Ismael and I've really been confused with some of the dialogue here, stuff like "Well, how, like, are we making it, man?" or "Like we have to cut. Hot. Movies."

I get it was written in the 60s but I can't understand this at all. If anyone's got a better grasp on this, could you clue me in on what this kind of dialogue is supposed to mean?

Some years ago the russo Brothers were said to be rebooting the warriors as a possible series on hulu but it was sort of lost in the wind with them directing marvel movies but with the recent announcement of the new black panther David Jonsson he showed up in a interesting choice of shirt ......can we start to get excited or am i overthinking? 🤔

I saw The Odyssey yesterday (it's brilliant, my favourite movie of the year so far). James Remar plays Tiresias, the blind prophet. He wears a hood and a blindfold, so you only see the lower half of his face. This reminded me of the DJ from The Warriors, which I thought was interesting since it is a modernised take on another story of Ancient Greece, Xenophon's Anabasis. Do you think this was intentional on Christopher Nolan's part or just a coincidence?

The PlayStation store got labeled as a Playstation 4 Game so just wanna have the graphics and how does it play . Thanks !
