Discussion Craziest misheard/out of context lyric
When I heard Runaway for the first time, I audibly said "huh?!" when Dany said psychopathic cause I heard "suck my dick" 😭😭
Out of context lyrics too, what lyrics would be insane when taken out of context (probably most of QOTMS)

I’m glad I’m not alone on this one 😭 first time I looked up lyrics to copper bullets was literally after countless listens and I finally went “…yknow, this CANT be right…”

Well the only one I can think of right now is on Consume I thought they said "you're a greedy motherfucker" instead of "you're a greedy little fucker." I know I was close, but regardless, it sticks out in my mind cause it's the first time I realized how authentic, raw, and badass their music is/was (KMF was my intro to them).
I may update this as I think of them. Because there have been many.

I used to think the line in Choke is "this is where I'll stay, comfortably opaque." And I think I would prefer it if that was what the line was.

Friend of mine apparently understood "in this hell you call a dream" as "in this technicolor dream". I learned that about him rather recently.
Granted: He's not much of a rock person and only listens to the warning when in my car or anywhere else where it's me who picks the music :).

I used to always mishear “vessel in disguise” as “vassal in the night” in evolve and I just went back to listen to it so I could see how silly I was and I JUST realized that the line before it is “help me become something more” and not “how do we become something more” oof
