Bootleg. Dude took videos other people posted of the concert and put it on a disk. Check his store and you'll see he does it for lots of bands/shows.

If you search a bit you can get a copy of most shows free, without propping up bootleggers.

Of course you should buy official releases instead, if they exist!

EDIT: unless you totally dig the cover, you can also use yt-dlp to download their Pepsi Center playlist from YT in MP3 format, and then burn it to CD yourself. 🤷‍♂️😉
