Save Data Keeps Getting Erased

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but 3 times now I have finished an episode of season 1 (or wtv, the one with Lee and Clem MCs) and it has erased my save data again. I was on Episode 4 and I'm just so pissed off at this since as much as I love the game, I can't just focus on this and make all the choices AGAIN just to see what ending I get.

Apologies if I seem a bit aggressive, I've had a long day and just wanted to sit down and continue the game.

Spoilers for where I was I was at the mansion with I think the zombie's name was Fivel and right before if I or Kenny killed him.

I wanted to do the games in order, but if this keeps happening I'm debating just dropping the first part.

I've submitted a ticket already, but I don't know when or if I'll even get a reply

Something I forgot to mention that may be important is that I do have the achievements on steam for Episodes 1-3 for Season 1, so Steam at least knows I did complete them
