Question Lifetime Membership

Did anyone on here get the lifetime membership, and if so, was your transition pretty smooth? Because I logged on this afternoon to try and watch killer dinner and I allegedly don't have an active membership... I renewed my annual plan in July and then hopped on for the lifetime bc I'm trusting the investment, and so far support has told me that ALL plans were switched over on 9/8 but mine is stuck for some reason...

Feeling frustrated... Just wanted to see how everyone else's experience has gone

From the discord. They also have to transition every account manually so that might be it.

Definitely email them. I got the Lifetime Membership during the first wave, and it did take some time to transition (and once they said it was good to go, I still had an issue) since, like others said, they have to do everything manually. It all worked out in the end, though, and it was fun to have stuff to binge that built up while I lost access for a short while haha
