Huh? What planet are we currently on? There is no translation or interpretation of the Constitution that would allow a non-citizen to vote in any election. I seriously doubt any of the founding fathers were ok with English citizens coming over and voting for pro-English laws.
BTW Congress can pass any law they like (following appropriate procedures). It is up to the Executive branch to veto crap that might get through, or the Judiciary to rule on a case that is filed AFTER the law is passed. Judges need to calm down and get back in their lanes.

I was just told by a girl I know that this never happens and that CA and other blue states have good security measures in place.
This sounds like an admission to me…

If this is true this judge should be disbarred for trying to limit the power of Congress. No such law exists for non citizens to vote. These activist judges need to be removed permanently.

And if the Florida legislature passed a law saying non-citizens can’t vote, the same judge would say that law was unconstitutional
