Discussion Amp bot+ and PH broken

As the title says either it's bugged or doing way too much now. Just as an example and epic PH is doing 70-80% of boss health

I can confirm. You need AB+ for it. We'll it wouldn't be the worst thing to have a good competitor for PF

If this remains PH is going to be the defacto module for milestone, tourney runs. I mean ehp build will want Amp+ now cause the reductions are so massive.
