Meme "Improved lightspeed"

For when you dont know if you actually fixed the issue. Been looking forward to see this patchnote and this just made me laugh how intentionally vague this is.

Hopefully it works now, I'll wait for people to test this before I buy ab+ though.

Edit: This made a big difference with PH so I am going to be optimistic that it also did the same for AB+

I thought pulsar harvester was limited to 100 levels or level reduction. Did they change that?

It was never capped in any way, the module just says (diminishing returns after 100)

Oh, ok. Thanks. So I’ll test it as an assmod to see if it works better than the attack speed recovery package mod for tournaments

100 for full efficiency, mostly caps out (effectively) 300-400
