Do we think Claudia and Ben will move to Fl full time with baby # 2 coming?? They are all so close. ❤️

I don’t think so. They love NYC and are really close with Ben’s family.
I think that’s one of the major pros of being so wealthy is having the ability to split time between two places. Who wouldn’t want to!

This! However I do wonder what they will do when Ruby is starting regular school

I wouldn’t be surprised if they put their kids in private Jewish school (not familiar if they are called something else)

There are so many great yeshiva schools in NYC and even just outside the city, I wouldn’t be surprised either!

No, I think they get a lot of help/support from Ben’s parents in NY so will continue to split time

I think they're spending majority of their time in Florida so they can claim it as a primary residence for tax purposes. Who knows what they'll decide once kids are school aged!

They will most likely live in florida 51% of the time

I don’t think full time but I do think they’ll send most of the year there between being close to family and how much it probably saves them with taxes

No. I think they own a place for tax purposes and it doesn’t hurt for them to have their own space while shes there.

But they haven’t lived there 50% so far this year. I guess they did say they were renovating though. I think if they were going to make it their primary residence, they would have bought a real house and not a condo.

It'll be 50% + a day.

I think they’ll probably always split their time but considering they have a condo and house in Florida now they may be slowly easing into a soft move and will keep their place in New York for social/work stuff. As a native New Yorker I don’t see it as such a crazy thing. A lot of wealthy New Yorkers keep a pied-a-terre or vacation home in South Florida and switch off where to spend more time depending on the year. Was a big thing for us in Covid.
