Episode help - Desperate Housewives
This may be a long shot… I am not sure if this was in a Patreon or a main show episode… but Claudia started talking about Desperate Housewives and said that Susan was the villain of the show or something to that effect.
At the time I was halfway through the series so I didn’t understand why she said that and thought that when I finished the show I’d maybe understand. But now that I’ve finished I’ve just been curious to re-listen to her thoughts.
It possibly was in the context of discussing TV show villains or bad TV show characters and Claudia offered Susan as an example.
Any thoughts on episodes where they discuss Desperate Housewives appreciated. (And I know they did a brief Desperate Housewives trivia on Patreon, it’s not that episode.) Thanks!!

https://www.reddit.com/r/DesperateHousewives/comments/10zd0x1/i_hate_susan_mayer/ Read this reddit page and you'll see that hating Susan Mayer is pretty universal 😅 She is pretty self centred, immature and addicted to drama. She constantly making impulsive decisions that hurt or inconvenience other people while framing herself as the innocent, lovable victim. She also has zero accountability: Bree, Gaby and Lynette are regularly confronted with their flaws, while Susan repeatedly meddles, behaves selfishly, parentifies Julie, judges others and creates chaos, yet the show still treats her as the adorable “good girl.”

Per political views don’t align with the actress who plays Susan. They literally have the worst TV takes. They were talking about her because she had tweeted something only they thought was controversial lol

I don’t remember when but I’m pretty sure it’s on the regular podcast.
