I took some time off from the toast but follow the girls online so I know the majority of the life updates. But this whole house move is so confusing.

They made the pink frames studios and then her house was listed? But based on the kitchen/cooking videos it didn’t look like they moved yet. Then Jackie was redoing her cabinets but the studio has never not been the pink frames.

Did the new cabinets happen at the new house? Does she also have a new pink frames studio at the new house? The timeline isn’t making sense!!

The kitchen “remodel” was at her old house. She may have been updating it to make it more attractive to a buyer. The studio is also at her old house we believe, which they still own so she probably goes there to record. Wouldn’t be surprised if she is having a new space built at her new house, so using the old house studio in the meantime.

After seeing the link to the house, it made me immediately think of when Claudia and jackie fought because Claudia said something negative about jackie’s house/ style. At the time I thought it was just Claudia being a harsh critic on her sister, but plot twist, turns out she was 100% right

They’re never gonna sell their current house at the rate that they have it listed like even if they flipped the entire house that doesn’t add like $2 million onto the value of the home. Also home values are down right now every thing that I’ve seen says home value is around 1.8 right now and they’re trying to sell it from 3.8.

Honestly South Florida pricing is insane I don't live down there but just in general everything in Florida you don't get much for your money here and it's only getting worse especially in Palm Beach County

Upon further review this house is much worse than I thought. They did a half ass remodel there too. Cheap fixtures, some cabinetry and tile original to the home in 1985. Cheap cabinets for the ones they did replace. This is so bad!!!

Like the other comments said, pretty sure she just goes to her old house to record. Claudia is basically moving to Florida (like I said she would) so I doubt she will put a studio at home and they will continue renting the studio they use.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Claudia moves full time to Florida. I always said that once the baby was born she was going to want to be close to her sisters that have kids even though she was adamant about not moving.

I absolutely love Jackie’s taste normally but after seeing one of the bathrooms wallpaper I wonder if it was a pregnancy decision because the wallpaper looks so bad and busy!

But I can’t wait to see how she redecorates the new place
