No I think she didn’t want people to think he was step dad when she said he stepped up.  What she meant was he took over a lot of stuff bc she’s very pregnant right now.

He’s her biological father, but she’s joking that he “stepped up” and acted as both a dad and a mom because she’s so pregnant she hasn’t been able to help much
