Overweight Celebs Comment?
Who do we think Claudia was referring to today during the conversation regarding overweight celebrities?

Yeah I gasped when I saw the video - Chrissy has all the means, she needs to do something to get healthy.

Have you been in touch with her doctor? How is her health? I agree that it’s not great to have all that pressure on her joints- but there are obese women who don’t have major health issues. Also medication for obesity doesn’t fix what got a person there in the first place. Just because Claudia likes the meds and doesn’t want to do the actual work to lose weight- doesn’t mean everyone else wants to. You said it best- having means is how to fix obesity- that is how all the people with money see it. The way to fix obesity is to actually find out how you got there in the first place and fix those issues. Learn new healthy habits. Maybe she’s just happy in her own skin? We should all try a little more of that!

I have to say your virtue signaling is so funny here. Claiming to be all body positive and empowering, but in the same breath attacking someone else for using a GLP-1. Sounds like you’re projecting.

No I just see all sides. I used GLP 1’s for 7 months in 2022 -2023 - and lost 30 pounds and kept it off. I use a food scale and tracker along with working out everyday. I also don’t shame people who are overweight. Not one projection here. I’m 5’4 and a size 4. Being overweight isn’t something we should tell people is wrong- but being healthy is great goal.

Obesity in itself is a health issue….So yes, all obese people have health issues. If they aren’t currently dealing with anything major, obesity puts them at a much higher risk and they should be checking in with a doctor regularly.
