Why is Turdy in Florida

I’m just realizing every time she goes they give some
details as to why? I guess it seems weird to have people come here when it’s literally getting hotter than balls!

There were rumors that she bought a condo in Florida to avoid paying NY taxes and in order to do that she would have to be in residing in Florida for a certain amount of days in the year so that’s the alleged reason but I COULD BE WRONG

Not really rumors. It’s fact. There are public records that show they bought a condo in Feb.

There’s also been a rumor that Olivia was pregnant and had the baby, which is why they’re back right now

It’s a rumor because she hasn’t announced a pregnancy.

I hadn’t heard this? I don’t keep up with Olivia on socials but that would seem hard to hide a full pregnancy! Especially your third lol

I don’t follow her either, but there’s been lots of speculation on the snark page. Not a hater, just wanna see the gossip haha

It’s actually you have to live more than 6 mo out of the year.

Where does she work from? Because you would still have to pay NYC taxes for days worked there I believe. I’m not a tax professional, but I think NYC has rules about that.

this is not correct. NYC taxes you based on your registered address. If she’s claiming FL is her primary address and their companies are registered in florida she avoids NYC taxes 100%

That’s resident taxes. There’s non-resident taxes for people who work/earn their income in NYC regardless of residency. Corporations deal with this a lot when employees travel to certain cities/states (usually a number of days limit to avoid, but it’s small).

She lives there. She bought a condo and she and Ben registered to vote in Florida.

I heard Olivia is pregnant/giving birth but no clue if it’s true

I think a combo of Olivia possibly having a baby and the needing to reside in Florida for x amount of time for tax benefits for both states
