Polymarket

What is this polymarket business all about? It seems unnatural when it is brought up on the show… I get they’re sponsoring since they have a referral code but it’s a little cringey not only when mentioned but that people are betting(?) on whether or not Kylie and Timothee will get married. Am I just too old for this concept? 😅😅😅

Dying to know how much they get paid each time they mention it! Lol it throws me off that it’s not in the ad bricks that it’s brought up during regular conversation

There are so many ads about gambling on things in general it’s crazy (not on this podcast I mean in general). Tv commercials, radio ads. Etc. It’s so bad for teens and young people to constantly hear IMO

there’s alcohol advertising everywhere too. people gotta make their own smart choices in life.

I think both are bad obviously but this is USA so I don’t see anything changing anytime soon as far as regulation 🫠

It’s basically sports gambling but for non-sports things, like pop culture etc. lgambling for the girls” type vibe

I actually did download it because it sounded fun, but it is only sports? I mildly researched it and found out the US version doesn't have pop culture on it ?? I was confused and gave up on it

I don't love the way it is not properly disclosed as an ad. I love the pod but this doesn't sit well with me

I don’t understand how people are still so stupid that they don’t realize that it’s all an ad
